Search Engine Comparison

We searched 10 major job search engines for different job titles and in different states. The following table represents the number of jobs found:

Jobs were searched with standard search options, considering all open jobs in the respective state posted within a maximum period of 30 days. 

Conclusion:

Indeed did the best job with my search, followed by the meta-search engine SimplyHired and American Job Bank. Indeed is the favorite under the job bank engines, not only because it gives you the highest number of job fits. Apart from the job title, results show a link to the posting, a description of the position and the search bank where it was originally listed.
